I must say being from Florida, I never thought about Chicago having beaches.

Color me skeptical.

This sounds like someone trying to be shocking, while claiming that customs in other countries are so much more open than our own.

I lived in Spain, in a very popular tourist destination, for three years. The tourists came mostly from northern Europe. I do not recall ever going to the beach and seeing large numbers of women baring their breasts. Or any women, for that matter. In fact, the only time I ever saw bare breasts was when someone was nursing a baby (which they do right out in the open).

I’m pretty certain that Dutch women are completely able to understand the difference between a bare male chest and a bare female chest.
