Why didn’t obama address ISIS over a year ago when he was warned by many advisers? Why did he wait until they were almost uncontrollable .......because they were only a JV team, which needs to be mentioned every second of every day. So if they were the JV team a year ago, they couldn’t have been much of anything seven years ago. Bush also warned of groups arising in Iraq if all the troops were removed, which Obama ignored.

Just a few years ago, when Obama prematurely and recklessly pulled our troops out of Iraq, Joe Biden declared that Iraq was one of OBAMA'S greatest achievements. It was the Obama administration's view, at that time, that the war was essentially won, so any developments subsequent to that must be laid at Obama's feet.

Bush didn't declare ISIS to be the junior varsity - OBAMA DID, and there is video of Bush - when still in office - warning about the dangerous effects of our leaving Iraq too soon.
