My 24 year old son has a 1985 Porsche 911 Carerra and does he LOVE that car. He’s hooked and wants to keep it to hand down to his son someday. Unfortunately, it needs a lot of work on the engine and transmission.

Good for your son.
I know a guy who is re-doing a 1965 Mustang. His 14 year old asked him if he will be finished with the car in two years so he can drive it when he gets his driving permit. LOL
The Dad just said “We’ll talk about it”.

My 19 year-old has a 1988 Thunderbird Turbo Coupe. He’s trying to find another car so he can put a supercharger in it.

(If you are not part of the solution, there is good money to be made prolonging the problem.)
