Hopefully, our last youngest relative in public schools, will be accepted at an excellent private highschool this month.
Well, I would check first to see what curriculum they are using. Many private schools across the country have adopted common core. Since the SAT and the ACT are already aligned with CC standards, these schools are seeing it as a necessity.
Many private schools follow the Common Core program even if they say they don’t or call it by a different name.
