I'm not sure which it is, her trying to get this out so she can say it's old news in 2016, or a take down, right now it looks like a take down to me.

I've thought for a while she would not be the candidate: looks old and tired, sounds shrill, and has enough baggage to fill air force one three times with leftovers. She's a poor candidate, she was in 2008, and in 2016 she's even worse.
