I bet that sticks to the back of Obama's throat all day.

More empty talk from Republican senators. They posture but they never produce.

Imam Obama wants to get out of the White House without having to strike Iran militarily or support Israel with intelligence or military support should Israel decide to strike Iran on its own.

...less than 2 years to go as of now.

A little late, The deal has already been made to make sure Iran has nukes before Obama is scheduled to leave office. WWIII Will officially start in August of 2016 so Obama can delay the election and stay in office.

It is a reminder to our Constitutional Law Professor in Chief that the US Constitution defines how treaties get made.
Obama’s supporters are going ballistic over this, labeling it treason. They have little idea about what they speak.

If Obama tells McConnell to jump, he’ll say, “How far?”, as he always does.

US Constitution: Article II; Section II:

"He shall have the Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur...."

You’re absolutely correct. It’s not going to be a treaty because this Senate will likely not vote to ratify it.

Call it whatever you want, it will be an unratified treaty aka Executive agreement or understanding that is not binding in any way to the U.S and only binding in as far as the Executive understands what it wants to understand.

The letter to Iran from the Senate was just as I assumed. A slap in the face and pushback on separation of powers that Obama is abusing. The Senate can say: “We have our interpretations too”, take us to court.
