The owners of New England Patriots organization are for same-sex marriage. There fixed it.
I think it is a little unfair to any players on the other side of the issue to be labelled a proponent of gay marriage.

Exactly. Plus keep in mind that they represent the sickest cities on each coast, where the competition for that dubious honor is most intense.
