Yeah...I heard that then he proceeded on a rant about white cops killing blacks...AL the over representation of blacks in prison..
How few black cops are on Ferguson police dept.

To be truthful I stopped listening about 10 minutes into the presser. It’s now 25 minutes in and he is still talking. Oh just stopped... taking no press questions.

I know many liberals who believe poor “Gentle Giant Mikey” was murdered in cold blood while holding his hands in the air. I plan to provide each and every one of them with that quote and will enjoy hearing them bad mouth Holder and his DOJ.

"... the over representation of blacks in prison.. How few black cops are on Ferguson police dept."

Maybe if more of them stayed out of prison, they'd be able to earn the qualifications to become police officers. For cripes sake, most PD's only require a highschool diploma or GED...and they can't even get those. They won't stay in school, can't read, and even with affirmative action, and extra points on the tests, they can't pass the exam.

All you have to do is look at their rap sheets to see why there are more blacks in the nations' prison systems. They commit the majority of the crimes, and in most cases, they make plea deals. If they weren't guilty, why cut a deal with the DA?

I'm a white female who was passed over for promotion for Correctional Sergeant because minorities got extra points on the test. I got a 92 on the exam, and people who scored lower than me were promoted before me because they got approximately 15-20 extra points to push them to the top of the list. I lost seniority, time in title, and a higher salary because of it. They considered black females more of a minority than white females even though there were fewer of us in uniform at the time. Because of affirmative action, it took them about 5 years to reach me on the list, when I should have been promoted 2-3 years earlier. The list expired not long after I was promoted. I took the test in 1984, and was promoted in 1989. One of the black officers who got the extra points and was promoted ahead of me is now a Deputy Superintendent. I never took another promotional test during the 25 years I worked for NYDOCS, and retired in 2003.
