Holder mentions a DOJ investigation that alleges systematic abuses by police against predominantly blacks.
Like blacks being pulled over and fined multiple times for same minor violation.
Fines are apparently a large part of police and city revenues and it's being abused.
Stopped and frisked for no apparent reason.
Use of police dogs, apparently no whites where bitten, only blacks.
It sounded pretty bad but I'm not ready to take what Holder and his DOJ says at face value anytime soon.
If true however, it could be a real problem that should indeed be addressed.

Either way, it I bet will be used as an excuse to federalize the police force.
One more reason not to trust Holder.

Holder went on to quote Furgerson police dept stats that seemed to show the police as raging raceists.
And they would be if these stats were from a typical US neighborhood , However Furgerson is an overwhelming black community!!
Of course the majority of arrests,stops, police dog bites would reflect the population
In another world, hHolder would be in jail for attempting to incite a riot
