They ought to weigh in the climbers at the base, and require that they weigh out at the same number. Climbers will eat a certain weight of food and use a certain weight of gear; they should carry sealable plastic poop bags and take an equal amount of weight down with them.

If they are going to run that many people up there, why don’t they install some kind of septic system? Or maybe they could run a sewage pipe down the side of the mountain where it can be hooked up to their city sewer.

I have wondered why the whole earth is not covered in feces...Take world population, everyday every one poops, add to that every animal poops daily, where does all the daily poop go, now multiple by every day in a year, year after year, its a wonder anyone could live on earth with all the poop generated..
