I was reading up more on what’s going on here and it looks like Tsarnev has an official plea of “Not Guilty” and has NOT pleaded guilty.
SO, this appears to be more related to an attorney going through his process of DEFENSE for his client and NOT a “plea of guilty”. I see no change in the plea ... that is ... NO CHANGE from not guilty to guilty. Therefore you will have a full trial and you WILL NOT have a plea arrangement with an accompanying “guilty” from the accused.
