You are using two meanings for barbaric.

Waging war is necessary, but it can be done in an inhumane way. So it's not pacificist to curb what is inhumane in war.

Respect human life is higher than just winning. Otherwise winning isn't justice. It's survival of the strongest. That's the barbarism I'm referring to. You can read about it Thucydides.

We fire bombed German cities....No american cities were fire bombed.

We Nuked two Cities in Japan....No American cities were Nukes.

Are we no better than the Nazi’s? or the Imperial japanese?

Both acts are considered “barbaric” by many people.

Would you prefer a world were we had lost WW2?

We dropped Fuel air MOAB’s on the Taliban trenches abd burned them alive.

And frankly....after 9/11 I really dont give a crap anymore....I’m done....

To offer a quote from mad max:

“The gloves are off max.....as long as the paperwork jives...I dont care what you boys do out there anymore”

That’s my opinion.

What good are sensibilities if you dont survive?
