Fox News host Greta Van Susteren and her husband, John Coale, have reduced the asking price on their 18th-century Annapolis, Md., home to $1.825 million, down from $2.1 million last April.
The couple bought the 3,684-square-foot home for about $1.8 million in 2010, according to public records and Mr. Coale. Located downtown near the waterfront, the home has five bedrooms, three full bathrooms and two half-baths. Its price was reduced in December.

I have walked past that house. Used to live in Odenton, but now I just go there for the fun, seafood and to feel the breeze off of the bay. Never knew she lived there.
Heh, Hope is always a good thought... Actually, your dream might be more likely than you think as the NorthEast seems to be losing jobs so much faster that the South...
Anyway, I wish you luck but understand that job stability is and should be important in your decision. If single, you should be pushing your resume south but if you have a family, maybe not so much but otherwise, good luck...
Looks like the brickmason was pretty drunked up.
Looks like a repair. Might have been from that earthquake a couple years ago.
You couldn’t give me a house made of non reinforced brick.
Reminds me of the neighborhood around the Naval Academy Alumni House.
Who cares about someone else’s beliefs? She’s a TV host.
It looks like a pretty old house. The wing on the left appears newer. The brick at the gable isn’t even a close match to the rest of the brick and the crack repairs are clearly visible.
How old do you think that house is?
That explains the old brick.
She found out that Barbara Mikulski will no longer have a day job?

Not me! ; )
Dang. I guess it doesn’t look too bad then. Typical of the red brick used back then.
Somebody did a test on an old brick building. They gutted it and then sprayed the inside of the brick with pickup truck bedliner material. Tests showed the liner made the building earthquake resistant.
You forgot to add “and a Packer Fan from Brown County, Wisconsin.”
(Green Bay is in Brown County.)
Maybe to M3. Beyond that, she’s coming down.
The vertical cracks on the side towards the outside wall may indicate foundation settlement of the outside wall.
The brick work is different also and may indicate a repair
or addition sometime in the past.
A Structural Engineer needs to do an evaluation before I’d buy that structure.
“Thats some lousy brickwork.”
Ha! That’s something my Dad would say (gone since 1999) - thanks for the rememberie...
Annapolis is one of the most beautiful cities in the US unfortunately MD is a solidly Dem state and the legislature a bunch of bums
Maybe she can’t stand living in a Dem state that elected a Republican as governor.
NONE of us know what is in Greta (or her husbands heart)...BUT, I wonder (just my opinion) if GVS has changed her faith. She volunteers and donates millions to Rev. Franklin Graham’s Samaritans Purse. She has gone over seas for many Christmases to do the Shoebox gift giving. She also leads and reports quite a bit on the genocide of Christians in the Middle East by ISIS (she is visibly angered during these reports). And last night, she had New Orleans Saint Benjamin Watson on air. He is a devout Christian who has blogged about the persecution of Christians and has given his testimony publicly. She spoke very kindly to him and let him quote scripture and give his very nonPC world views. Again, I think her heart may have changed.
