Some places have always just been just plain cold. The locals in northern Minnesota always have said that summer is the last two weeks in July. And, they are correct.
Some places are cold, some places just have a reputation. I heard somewhere that Buffalo NY was below freezing for February. Not average - every day, all day. Big deal, I say, probably happens every year. But that’s only the second time that’s ever happened since records have been kept.
I’m going to go idle my SUV for awhile, just in case.
