I have many fond memories of this venue- Gordon Lightfoot (first concert I ever attended), Siouxie and the Banshees, Public Image Limited. Yet in the 1970s they were planning to tear it down.

Love the old theaters.

In the USA only NY has more of the grand old stage theaters than Detroit.
