Agreed, but when that enemy threatens to take over your major cities and enslave your population, having the ability to destroy their bases of operations is a deterrent. To be honest, it is beyond me why we haven’t destroyed ISIS oil production capacity already.
That wouldn’t be nice if we destroyed their oil production.
