Also, I highly recommend tossing a handful of raisins into your oatmeal. That will further raise the fiber content - and we could all use more fiber in our diets. Even those who already think they have enough fiber should eat more fiber. They should always have more. More fiber.
Toss some flax seeds into that oatmeal with raisins. That will increase the fiber content even more!

I use a heaping tablespoon of peanut butter after it’s waved! YUMMM!
Also, we grew up eating it raw....just oats, milk and a little sugar so never sticky, haa!
