Anyone know how to do a factory reset on a Keedox A10?

My Keedox A10 quadcore TV box is launching directly into XBMC upon powerup and bypassing the factory OS and launchers.
How can I reset this device to factory settings? I no longer have access to a file manager or android settings.

Posible option:::
Open Unit up, remove Mother Board battery, if it has one, wait several minutes, reinstall.

Cant find any screws to open the box. (probably snaps together)
I have left it unplugged overnight and will try it again in a bit.
