No no - one of the reasons I enjoy FreeRepublic is that I get exposed to a variety of stuff. I like that.
But think about it: all the guy does is post on Apple topics. That’s it. Period. And it’s not short posts. And if you say anything contrary to his line about Apple, he goes ballistic, posting 3,000 word essays in response and drawing in others to the argument.
It’s either an unhealthy, cult-like obsession, or he’s being paid to be a social marketer. If it’s the latter, I’d prefer NOT to have paid social marketers on this forum - how about you?
Of course, I don’t RUN the forum, but I’ve been a member for 15 years. When something this suspect pops up, you have to wonder if we’ve been infiltrated by a social marketer who is here to push a product.
That’s all.

Post things about macgroupie fantasies? Then do not be surprised that there are others that are not fans and post responses.
She can simply start her own blog instead of taking up bandwidth on this forum for her personal amusement / macophile leanings.
Not everyone -SURPRISE!- cares about what happens to a glorified graphics chipset boxen.
After all, it is not like it is a REAL computer.
Real computers have actual Engineers using them to work out real problems that need solutions, not worrying about what paintbrush to use on their current project.
