As for whether it's a real book, probably not. The book cover looks to be a photoshop of Ruth Westheimer's Sex for Dummies.

The pic looks photoshopped. This being said, what she is purportedly holding is a Russian passport protector. It'll fit over any passport and you can buy them online. She could've bought one as a souvenir when she toured Russia two years ago. I have one just like it except from Ukraine holding my American passport.
