I think that since he claims that he should not be punished because he is ignorant of British law that this is a rare instance where sharia law should be applied and he should be stoned to death for premarital sex. normally I would never want sharia law but this sounds like a good exception
Sounds like a good idea. But then you realize that the 13y.o. would have to be stoned to death too.
Only the girl would be stoned. Its rare for men to be stoned.
the 13 year old can be punished by British law in he case I don’t see her arguing in the court that British law should be ignored because of ignorance.
