“Artesian well” is what one voice on the video clip calls it.

I’d be surprised if it is a “geyser” of the type so prevalent in Yellowstone.

A geyser erupts occasionally from a build up of heat-induced pressure.
An Artesian well is simply water flowing along a course due to gravity.
Geysers usually erupts only sporadically; old faithful is so famous because it erupts regularly, but certain conditions can make forceful, occasional eruptions to be less forceful, but more prolonged.
