I don’t have to hold my nose to go into my local WalMart here in Maine.
All the employees, except two or three, are white. 100% of the employees are hardworking and helpful.
The people shopping are 98% white.
Aside from being sold out of what I’m looking for once in a while, I don’t have any complaints.
I haven’t experienced the problems mentioned by the other posters on this thread.

It would be interesting to see the demographic makeup of
say 30 miles or so from where that Walmart is located.
But then your post may well informative.
