New video evidence in the Bruce Jenner car crash incident could spell trouble for the transitioning reality star following the four-car incident that left one person dead and seven injured on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, California, earlier this month.
An MTA bus traveling behind the Hummer involved is reported to have captured the entire incident on mounted cameras, evidence that is now in the hands of the police.
The footage, which has been reconstructed, shows the 65-year-old former Olympian smash his Cadillac Escalade into the back of both the victims white Lexus and the Toyota Prius involved.
Most significantly the video shows that the Lexus driver didnt make contact with the Prius involved, reports TMZ.
Sources familiar with the video told TMZ that Jenner hits the Lexus, propelling it into a Hummer coming the other way. Jenner then continues on and hits the Prius.
If correct, the MTA video makes a more compelling case that Jenner was following too close, which opens the door to a possible vehicular manslaughter prosecution, claims TMZ.
A video showing a possible recreation of the accident has been created by Integral Media Works.
According to previous reports, the Lexus had been in Jenner's path after coming to a halt when it hit a Prius travelling ahead.
The Lexus was then pushed into the path of a Hummer coming the other way, leaving the vehicle a crumpled wreck and the sole occupant, 69-year-old Kim Howe, dead.

Transitioning. What the hell is that? He is damn queer who wants to look like a woman to attract more faggots.
Your old man is about my age. He is right.
freak show ought be put out of his misery.
Near the end of the article it said just the other day he was seen driving with the phone in his hand so it’s obvious, even after a wreck of this magnitude, he thinks he’s above the law. With his money I’m sure he can afford a bluetooth if it’s not built into his car.
Apparently they rarely prosecute for this type of thing, I am told, unless there is some flagrant activity.
Looking at the new film, there may be for all I know.
But, otherwise, it’s unlikely to happen.
Well said...
Correct. There is likely to be quite a civil lawsuit, though.
His ex wife and two of his sons from a previous marriage were in a reality show
The kids were the worst of the worst spoiled rotten brats I have ever seen.
The step dad was a producer. I think he agreed to do the show to avoid having them pull a menendez brothers act on him.
He told them to stop using theircredit cards- that night they (on camera) laughed at him and tried to charge $700 worth of sushi for them and their friends. It was funny because he had cancelled their cards.
He told them to get jobs and start paying rent (they were 27 and 28 years old)
The morons HAD A CAR WASH on the lawn, doing about $10,000 worth of damage to the lawn and landscaping. The idiot mother joined in and soaped her body down for the cameras.
The father had and appointment with a major record star 9forget her name) who could not get into the house because the cars were blocking.
When someone asked them how much for a car wash, they asked him how much his care was worth- when the moron told them $65,000 they said they would need $60 to wash it... the Hollywood moron paid it
Their mother, when confronted with the fact that her kids were out of control brats said “oh their just kids” The step-dad nearly lost it- telling her he was working and helping support his family when he was 12.
I could not believe kids could be that spoiled rotten
I knew he was in big trouble from the moment the accident happened. Isn’t it always the fault of the driver who rear ends someone else even if the person in front stops suddenly. That is why there is the three rule in driving.
Jenner should be able to get the state to pick up the tab for his tranny-sformation in prison.
Newer luxo vehicles (including Jenner’s Escalade) have adaptive cruise which can be adjusted to leave a three-second distance. Do that on a busy California urban road and you’ll end up parked!
What’s interesting to me is that at the moment of impact shown his the second photo neither his head nor body has changed position at all from the first photo. That’s not natural. Though his body could have been made somewhat stationary by the shoulder strap, his head would have lurched forward at the moment of impact. And, I think an instinctive reaction is to look over at what one has just hit. He has not changed at all between the two pics. My BS detector is on pretty high alert with these pics.
TMZ putting their logo and boasting of the ‘exclusive’ shots of the moment of impact (that led to a woman’s death) is a sick as NBC putting their copyright notice on the materials mailed to them as a love letter from a rampage killer.
now thhat there is funny.
Too much money, too early, and the constant Hollywood focus create this type of mess. What a contrast Jenner is now to the Olympic hero; I wonder if he ever wistfully wishes his post-Olympic life had been entirely different.
Perhaps this will be a lesson to some American youts: avoid Kardashians at all cost...
It is tragic, really. He let himself get sucked into the celebrity life and gave up whatever values he had previously for the “stardom.” I don’t know....if I was that gifted as an athelete, I’d want to continue on in some way in the sport by coaching, etc... instead of just being famous. And his kids are terrible brats. what gives with that? I thot atheletes needed the self discipline..he lost that and certainly didn’t pass that on to his kids. What a hot mess.
