The article is outdated information.... thanks for pointing that out.

One really has to be pegged in to the developments AS they are happening or close to it because that’s the nature of the developments. Also....many of the citizens in Ukraine are the “Last” to really know who is actually doing the firing because they are in the hot zone, which always carries the fog of war, and rumor mills will flourish as they themselves are in survival mode.
