The leader of the self-proclaimed "DNR" Alexander Zakharchenko if Ukraine "will not adhere to the terms of the Minsk agreements" that will begin large-scale offensive separatists
According to the Crimea. Realities with reference to the media, said Zakharchenko February 15 as follows:
"First of all, we just destroy" Debaltsevsky pot "with the Ukrainian military, where at the moment is from 6 to 8,000. Then we reflect in Mariupol enemy, and when that is done, then we will throw all their efforts to ensure that take Kharkov,"- he said.
The Zakharchenko stated that Kharkov will take "in any case": "people are waiting for us there. With us there a lot of her own. When necessary, they will take the weapons."
Recall Avakov said of Zakharchenko: "I read - Zakharchenko says he wants to take Kharkiv"-"We were there waiting for people. We have a lot of their own. When need be, they will take the weapon for Kharkiv - Ukrainian, civilized and intelligent city. They can see an example of the unfortunate, deserted and desolate Donetsk, that was in the hands of gangs and bandit Zakharchenko, Hero of the Russian world ..
As previously reported Dialog.ua, a spokesman for Russian President Vladimir Putin, Dmitry Peskov, said that all the items of the Minsk agreement must be respected unconditionally.
"All actions are consistently presented in a package of measures to implement the agreements Minsk. They should be respected unconditionally,"- said Peskov, reports Reuters.
If they have designs on Kharkiv now they must be very confident in their position. Looks as if the tide is turning.
Tide is turning because Russia send latest military technology with military to train & use equipment. And, of course... obama plays golf ignoring bipartisan support of Congress to send military aid!!

It is a lie. They said this before and shelled those withdrawing. Now they are stopping non-Russians from leaving on buses fro the ROT (Russian Occupied Territory)
The rebels offer a way out and then shell them anyway, they did this before.

Aug 29/30, 2014 - Ukraine troops massacred while withdrawing through negotiated “safe corridor” by Russian troops from Ilovaisk.
They tried leaving with the tanks and guns, in violation of the withdrawal agreement, if you recall.

Went back and looked at it.
It was Semenchenko’s bunch, Kolomoiski’s “Dnepr” Mercs, AND Yarosh’s Nazi’s that refused to give up their weapons per the withdrawal agreement, and tried to flee with them.
Like it or not, that was “justified”, and is a yet another illustration of just how little control Kiev has over many of the forces in the field, how that is prolonging this thing, and getting so many killed. How many Ukie Army soldiers actually following the withdrawal rules got killed because Yarosh/Semenchenko refused to follow the agreement?
Just like Azov and Donbas’s attacks west of Mariupol, in violation of the ceasefire, they publicly stated they had no intention of honoring.

Try living in the NOW, not 1934.
You can bet the same thing is going to happen again (and already happened on Saturday), if Kiev’s trapped cannon-fodder try to break out of Debaltseve with weapons and tanks.

I wonder how badly the Russians will treat these prisoners? force them to eat their uniforms? tie them to a pole by the street and have people kick them? maybe just beat them and shoot them.
