Posted on 02/15/2015 6:39:44 PM PST by big bad easter bunny

What would Christians around the world do if Extremist Christian started committing terrorist acts around the world? I am only asking for opinions, nothing else, please respond respectfully.

Islam is the essence of altruism—sacrificing the life of the individual to the collective. Aggression is its byword.

“The sheep and goats refer to righteous and unrighteous Gentiles. Christ will judge the unrighteous Gentiles (goats), and they will be cast into the lake of fire for eternal punishment (Matthew 25:46). Therefore, no unbelieving Gentile will survive to live on into the millennial kingdom.”

The lake of fire happens after the 1000 years, not before it.

I think you may be right that there won’t be any unbelievers on the earth at that time, but that will probably be because the great multitude believes when they see Jesus’ return, and not because the unbelievers are slaughtered at that time.

Yes, in terms of the judgement of the Gentiles. Those who are saved, make it into the Kingdom. Those who are unsaved, are killed ... and they are held “in death” just like those unsaved who are being held in death right now as we speak) ... until the time of the Great White Throne Judgement, at which time ALL THE UNSAVED DEAD for the entirety of mankind’s existence on this earth ... will be judged according to their works and thrown into the Lake of Fire.

And yes, the Great White Throne Judgement is at the end of the Millennial Reign.

In terms of not very many, being killed, but many being saved beforehand ... Jesus comes down to earth with the Armies of Heaven to fight a war, because there are the nations down there prepared to fight him and prevent him from taken possession of the earth and setting up the Kingdom. That’s kind of amazing that the nations of the earth think they can fight against the Army of Heaven but they do!

And then there is a period of time after the Great Tribulation in which WAR goes on for at least THIRTY DAYS in which all the pockets of resistance all over the globe are being cleaned up and all who resist Jesus as the Messiah of Israel are being killed. There is massive killing going on at that time.

I doubt if there is even 10% of the earth’s population left alive (and who are saved) who make it into the Kingdom. We’re talking about massive, massive destruction, over the entire globe, something that has never been seen before in the history of mankind.

Where is this mentioned?

The (1) time, (2) army of Heaven, (3) the war, (4) the nations gathered to fight ... is a collection of verses, and a theology (primarily Dispensationalism, which some absolutely hate ... :-) ...) requiring one to gather them together in one spot. It’s not easy, but I can do it ... however not tonight ... :-) ...

This really does represent a lifetime of study. But ... it’s also not a “private teaching” unknown to anyone else; it is taught and explained by other Biblical teachers, and as I say, primarily from a Dispensational understanding.

I might as well start a college theology course in doing that ... :-) ...

Well, really I am just interested in where you get the 30 days figure from, or a war against anyone besides those who are with the antichrist and his army.

“Not in my name” protests are only supposed to come from American liberals.

And they only occur when Republicans are in the White House.

Briefly, it’s the 1,260 days of the last half of the Tribulation, but it’s extended by 45 days ... 30 days plus 15 days. In a nutshell, that’s it.

In terms of who are those with the Antichrist ... everyone who isn’t saved. Namely, anyone who is not saved is with the devil, whether they are directly related to the Antichrist’s actual earthly one-world government, his army ... or ... they are merely a side participant/citizen in it. They all, most likely, have the mark.

I would be glad to talk more about it, but that conversation will drag on for a while ... :-) ...

Not possible for a real Christian.

In fact, the sad thing is, most Christians are so incredible pacifist that they believe it is a sin to get a concealed carry license and defend their and/or their family's lives with a firearm. These pacifist Christians believe it is more righteous for a woman to be gang-raped and strangled with her own pantyhose than to defend herself with a gun.

As a Christian who believes in the fundamental right of self-defense, this is sickening to me.

Islam is probably the farthest removed from altruism you can get. In its character, its philosophical and cultural history and its consequences.

In the place of “society,” place Allah. The individual Muslim sacrifices his life, in varying degrees, to dictates of the Koran.
That is how Rand defines altruism—man vs. The State/The Tribe/The Collective.

Worshipping a false prophet, idolizing a demon.

As opposed to self sacrifice for the sake of others.
