I never understand liberals.

Liberals tend to be hostile or at best indifferent to religion.

And liberals are the ones who push the phantom “separation of church and state” to absurd lengths.

But when dealing with Islam, liberals are so respectful and tell us we need to respect religious beliefs and faith traditions. Yet these same liberals have disdain for religious beliefs and faith traditions of Judeo-Christian faiths. Go figure.

That’s because Islam is “the other”. It’s an exotic victim of Western and Christian persecution to them, so it gets a place in their hierarchy of approved victims.

I was just reading the first part of Luke, Chapter 23, this morning, and it tells of Herod and Pontius Pilate, who had been at enmity with one another, becoming friends because of their mutual persecution of Christ. So thus it has always been. Those that are natural enemies will form alliances/friendships due to their hatred of Christ.
