Prosecutor Pollicita charges President CFK in AMIA cover-up case

Federal Prosecutor Gerardo Pollicita has requested to investigate President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner and Foreign Minister Héctor Timerman in the case that looks into the alleged cover-up of Iran's role in the 1994 AMIA bombing.

Pollicita presented a 61-page report before Judge Daniel Rafefas, giving green light to the complaint first filed by now late AMIA special prosecutor Alberto Nisman.

On January 14, Nisman shocked the political world when he filed a complaint against Fernández de Kirchner, her Foreign Minister Héctor Timerman, La Cámpora youth organization lawmaker Andrés “Cuervo” Larroque, former Kirchnerite official Luis D’Elía and Quebracho ultra-nationalist organization head Fernando Esteche.

Nisman also accused former judge Héctor Yrimia and Ramón Allan Héctor Bogado of being intelligence agents working for the Kirchnerite administration and Jorge Khalil of being the link with Tehran in Buenos Aires.

According to Nisman, Argentina signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Iran in January 2013 to lift the Interpol “Red Notices” against the Iranian suspects. He argued the president wanted to promote trade relations with Tehran and had agreed to leave the justice claim behind.

The government has argued that neither the creation of a “Truth Committee” together with Iran (as the Memorandum indicated) nor the lifting of the “Red Alerts” took place, and said this would invalidate Nisman’s complaint.

However, Pollicita stated the doctrine is unanimous in considering indifferent that the goals of the cover-up are achieved to carry on with the complaint.

Foreign Minister Hector Timerman (Timmerman) is the son a the late Marxist Jacobo Timmerman who waged a war against the Argentina junta for his being jailed and possibly tortured.

However, Timmerman was a hardcore Marxist who posed as a prosecuted Jew. He continually worked with Soviet fronts and causes to promote his war with the Argentinian govt.

This is something you will not find in news accounts.

The Soviets were very apt on picking on Karl. marx’s disease of creating an ever permanent angry subclass wherever whenever. Jews were a prime target for this molding, and not just mere propaganda. Because it is the molded zombies of Marxism who manufacture the propaganda themselves.
