A few years ago one of our cats pried the W key off my wife’s laptop (yes, cats are Democrats). Despite it being out of warranty the Apple store fixed it free of charge. Great customer service.

We had one of these mini-stores in Syracuse. Sometimes it would get so crowded you couldn’t move. They recently replaced it with a much larger store. Much better now.

1. Did you make an appointment?

2. Did you check in at the front of the store.

I have found they are a model of efficiency.

Many businesses have been trying to replicate their ability to avoid dragging the customer to the sales point ... The cash register. They do it well.

I went to buy a Withings blue tooth scale ... In and out in about 10 minutes. I never moved, they brought everything to me.

Wall Street is watching.

While I was in one of their mini-stores in Glendale, CA, I lost my headphones.

They just gave me a new pair!

They’ll need more space for the auto showroom, regardless. :’)
