Republican FCC Commissioner Slams ‘Obama’s 332-Page Plan To Regulate The Internet’

Republican FCC Commissioner Ajit Pai on Friday raised the first of many criticisms to come about FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler’s aggressive net neutrality plan distributed to commissioners Thursday, which Pai described as “President Obama’s 332-page plan to regulate the Internet.”

In a statement released Friday, Pai lamented the fact that the 332-page plan, which he tweeted a picture of himself holding next to a picture of Obama, won’t be released to the public until after the commission votes on its implementation later this month.

Yep, we are living under tyranny, no doubt whatsoever. We are living under an out of control monster that imposes it’s will on us then allows us to know after they decide how much we are being screwed over. “We’ve decided that you little people will now be living under this whether you want to or not” This is NOT a government for the people by the people, this is TYRANNY and the sheeple just sit back and take it. I say we organize and organize until it gets viral, just get a million or so armed and ready citizens to descend upon Washington and let’s get it on. Enough of this BS. I betting the cops and military aren’t going to take sides against the citizenry and we could forcibly remove and arrest this traitorous pieces of rat filth.

So is this a payoff to the media? Regulate the Internet, control content, make it costly, to help fund gov’t and save NYT, WashPo, etc.?

The FCC has oversight by Congress. But they can issue decrees like Obama and who is going to stop them. If carriers sue and it goes to the SC I am not clear how they would rule but not sure we could count on any help there.

When the Internet is under his majesty King Obama, the last real place to find out and respond to the communists Democrats and his Administration will be gone. America is finished.

Republican FCC Commissioner Ajit Pai

How long before we say good-bye to Ajit Pai?

If you want to annoy conservatives, tell them a lie.
If you want to annoy liberals, tell them the truth.

The Republican Congress could stop this nonsense TODAY.

But the won't.

Ever wonder why?

"So this will not go through Congress? "

You're kidding, right?

The FCC is redefining the 1934 Communications Act to claim the authority to regulate the Internet as a Public Utility.

Never in our history has anyone ever attempted such foolishness.

And, it's extremely dangerous.

Simply dust off an old law that hasn't been repealed, one which is obliquely, at best, related to the subject at hand...and claim it applies as a result of legal interpretation.

Then carry out official acts as if it is the law of the land.

We've crossed the Rubicon.

Regulate the Internet or co-opt the Internet?

Big Brother doesn’t want the proles talking to one another.
