The Lexus was clearly in the left-turn lane, so how would that affect anything since Jenner was not (but slight over the line, perhaps).

Just reporting what I saw on the Local News last night.
Better yet, later on some Drunk guy driving a Volt came by the Accident Scene, ran through the Police Tape and ran into the wrecked Lexus and Hummer.
I believe the Prius is pulled to the side of the road, just ahead of the other cars. I saw a picture of it yesterday, with minor rearend damage from the Lexus impact.
