She was dead about four seconds after that pic was taken. Thankfully there aren’t five cars full of cameramen at every crime scene as it happens.
This is the first “time of impact” photo in which her face was not blurred out. Looks like she is wearing her seat belt and doesn’t look like she is passed out from any medical problem. Story is she rear ended someone else but in the Daily Mail/TMZ time of impact photos, her front end didn’t look damaged at all before the Hummer impact. DM also said she is neighbors of Bruce’s kid and step-kid.
