No, you can’t go entirely by the beard. It has to be matched to activities - like shooting an American sniper. Although if I see someone with what I call “a muzzie beard” in NYC, I move away. Or stare hatefully at them!

Of course it is. These sort of speculations come from a desire for the facts of the case to add up and form a picture that makes sense. As it stands, attributing the shooting to PTSD and the shooter's mental condition is less than satisfying. It does seem like a piece of the puzzle is missing.
