 photo 5CC4DB45-5E29-45F6-8088-8EA39BE34824_zpsoui2p8uz.jpg Does this make sense? The positions of the cars? Or were they moved after the accident? How did Bruce spin her car around and get past it? And I'm actually surprised at the Hummer's damage, even though it was head on.

Uh, the SUV with trailer launched the white sedan into the path of the oncoming Hummer. The Hummer pushed the white car the opposite direction and spun it. Doesn’t look odd at all.

Looks like, from the trio of top pictures, he hit the white car on the right side, which made the car slide into the oncoming lane. The Hummer hit the white car on the driver’s side, mostly and spun it around as you see in the picture. So the white car was going through a counter-clockwise spin due to both impacts. Bruce’s car is the only vehicle facing the proper direction.

It looks like the accident happened in the turning lane. When Jenner hit the white car, it got pushed in a counterclockwise direction, and then pushed/dragged the rest of the way around when the Hummer hit it.
