You want to bring in more customers? Extend breakfast all day instead of this 10:30 a.m. SS curfew. My understanding is the reason they're so strict on this point is that the cooking temperatures they use for breakfast foods are different from the regular menu, and they need to cut things off so they can switch over for lunch.
