“The limit in North Dakota is 0.08 percent.”

The limit for what? Here’s what the statute says:

“A person may not drive or be in actual physical control of any vehicle upon a highway or upon public or private areas to which the public has a right of access for vehicular use in this state....”

So, unless he drove the Zamboni on some road that the public has right of access to, it appears to me that no crime was committed.

You are absolutely right. Only broke the rules about not drinking at work if they had any.

I am not condoning driving a Zamboni while drunk at a HS hockey game. But appears no law was broken.

I’m of the same mind, he needs a lawyer - he was not on a road, public area etc....he was in a restricted with no access to public or private roadways etc.
