Well, we could buy a card table and some lawn chairs, set up over in the auto parts area ... not very busy on a weekday morning ... and probably be ignored. Might get in trouble if we tried to bring in refreshments, though.
Don’t buy the furniture, just use it and put it back.
You could buy the refreshments at whatever vendor your Walmart has inside (PA Walmarts have McDonalds).
Then there’s the request to have the start of the meeting announced over the loudspeaker.
