"Without the hydrocarbons from Titan, how can we ever hope to pave the earth?" In "Destiny's Road", they used a hovering fusion-drive rocket ship to melt the surface into a glassy material. Wanna do it that way?

Without the hydrocarbons from Titan, how can we ever hope to pave the earth? According to Robert Rhubarbi ,we already have covered it all in concrete.
When we pave the world with Asphalt can we have nice concrete kerbstones around the bases of the remaining trees?
Trees help keep the Sun's heat off Parked Cars.
