I actually weighed myself, and noticed I had put on two pounds. *sigh* This next 10# loss is extremely elusive. Its discouraging, and I don’t need that.

It sounds like you’re forgetting to buy the foods you need to be successful. Can you make a master list, including things like the string cheese, and keep several copies around, including one in the car?
