What a helpful cat!
For you to me and Face about the weather is kinda like the rest of you watching aTV show on Alaska. We can’t relate!
LOL
I sense Darksheare lurking nearby.
In.
Home.
Didn’t go to the podiatrist, as I was way to dizzy and off balance. I think it’s because of the really low pressure front that came in yesterday.
On the way home, I noticed the snow is not too far above us on the antenna farm, and on the mountains to the southeast. I can’t see Mt. Charleston, but I’m thinking the snow is lower than 4000’. Now I know why I felt so bad.
Just on the ride home, my back got so cold I can hardly function, even with the pain killer.
Unggghhh.
43 degrees, wind chill 39, low clouds, wind...GAH!!!
Snow all around us!
*tagline*
Here in NYC on Park Avenue there’s a Walk-in Podiatry Clinic.
I kid you not.
Shouldn’t it at least be a wheel-in clinic?
Feel better.
Ah feel yer pain.
22 degrees and overcast here. Low tonight is 2, high tomorrow is 23. 36 and some form of precipitation on Wednesday.
Somebody shoot that groundhog!!!
:-D
Mt doc has a walk-in podiatry clinic, but you have to have an appointment. *snort*

Yes, snow is so RACIS... It’s just white.
Sharpton and Jacx-on will get right on that...
It’s 7.5°F here, and the Sun is shining brightly. Good thing, too,
because we have lots of huge windows on the south side of our
house, and when the Sun shines, we get free solar heating in here.
It’s 69°F in here, and the heater hasn’t come on for a couple of hours now.
The yard is covered with snow, which is also full of animal tracks.
And Baby, it’s cold outside!
Sounds like ‘Face has Yankee weather, too.
47 and drizzle here.
I went out a while ago to get the mail, and scurried back inside. The snow is pretty, but it’s still SNOW!!!
LOL
” 47 and drizzle here.”
Not too bad.
Been watching this 'warmest winter ever' as it quickly depleted 250 gallons of fuel oil. Unfortunately, insulation and airtight windows are not a trait of Olde Farm Houses... ;-)
The outdoor tempthing says it's 18°F here right now on its way to a low tonight of -11°..
The three kitties that insist on going outside don't stay outside for very long, the suet feeders get stripped as quickly as Walmart runs out of toilet paper before a blizzard, and the bambis have been stomping through the yard looking for bambifood (fortunately Mrs. NoC covered her rhododendrons with burlap or they would have been consumed.;-)
The 50' tall hemlock that was at the corner of the house was cut down right before the solidified climate change fell and the bambis have been munching on the branches that are lying on the ground. I have it on my schedule to break out the chain saw and complete the dissection of the remains right after the thaw and snow melt.
In June..
How are you doing?
Not too bad. I am in the gushing nose bleed portion of my post-
chemo travails at the moment, but it doesn’t last all that long.
My next session is a week from Wednesday, and it will start all
over again. I have three more sessions, and the last one will be
on April 15, ironically. Nose will be bleeding me dry again.
And that will be the end of the “nasty drugs.” After that last
session, I will have 11 more with just the Herceptin, which is
a cancer-gene suppressor. The last one will be on December 9,
and I’m done with chemo. Yay!
It’s amazing that people live in such cold places!
