When this man sits down and does a staight-on broadcast of relevant information, he is good. If he could sustain it for his full time slot (2-3 hours) he might even goe #2 or #1. However, his repetitive egomaniacal rants about his "greatness" and "direction" by supernatural forces, and his "numbers" just make me puke. Fuyrther, the truth is, he cannot sustain a relevant program and that's why he side-swerves into all his silly sidepaths. ALSO, I TOTALLY hate it when he attacks Levin, Rush, and Hannity and he's not fooling ANYbody with his disguised names. When he took full credit for the recent elections and Repubklican sweep, I thought he had finally gone stark lunar.

Actually, I ended up a Savage fan because he would go off topic and you never knew where he would end up. (his 2nd amendment wrongness drove me away mostly.)

Ha, ha, did you hear him say a few days back that if there was any justice, he’d have a Nobel Prize? I like it when he babbles endlessly about his own great mind.

But, your’e right. Once every few weeks or so, he’s hitting on all cylinders. The trick is knowing when that will be. I understand he’s now doing all 3 hours live, instead of the spliced-up, rerun 3rd hour, which so many listeners hated. But I long ago got in the habit of switching to George Noory at 10, so seldom hear it.
