You mean the government has never caved into pseudo-scientific hysteria from the public?
So, tell me that climate change must be a serious threat too. After all, the EPA and the IPCC say so and have set up government entities to deal with the problem.
Technically, you’re the one believing the government’s “vaccines are safe” message.
For the record, I’m not anti-vaccine, per se. But there is a body of evidence that certain people are genetically predisposed to react badly (even fatally) to vaccines’ contents. Rather than admit it, the government finds it more expedient to cover it up in the interest of getting folks vaccinated for reasons of both national health (for the big diseases) and drug makers’ profits (chicken pox, HPV, flu - i.e. things that are bad, but survivable for the most part).
The latter is the same reason the Feds push climate change - there’s money in it for someone.
Are you suggesting that Anthropogenic Climate Change is being driven by the public? NASA is not public, nor the EPA and it is exactly these groups pushing ACC nonsense.
God bless you and good for you! We have a local doc that was called to the ER twice, about five years apart, for two kids he’d given the MMR to that day. When he questioned the cdc, the thugs made it clear that his license was on the line. Our pediatrician was livid with us. In the last two years he has changed his mind due to some of his patients having severe reactions that they were not supposed to have. He still thinks the benefits outweigh the risks, but he is very vaccine pro-choice.

Plenty of other doctors who feel the opposite way.
Then those patients should be OK finding one.
Sounds good to me, as it likely sounds good to the parents of infants/kids who do get their ‘shots” so as to minimize their exposure. This would be a significant competitive benefit for many parents when choosing a pediatrician for their kids.
