[A]t Agincourt, the English archers of the time could loose 15 arrows a minute, and with 5000 archers at this battle, they were said to have released 75,000 arrows in one minute, a true arrow storm that did block out the light of the sun.

I've read estimates of between 500,000 and a million arrows used by the English at Agincourt.

Consider the time involved in making an arrow by hand in those times then think again about those numbers.
