“The NFL has stated in a letter (I thought) that 11 of 12 were deflated. Maybe that was another mistake by the media but I haven’t seen anything to the contrary.”

“We are not commenting at this time,” said Greg Aiello, the NFL’s senior vice president of communications.

I also found this:

For all of you who think the Patriots cheated, a reminder: the genesis of this entire “scandal” was ESPN’s story by Chris Mortensen that an intercepted Brady pass led one of the Indy Colts players to believe that the ball was noticeably underinflated. That player then allegedly turned the ball over to the officials for inspection. Mortensen then claimed that the officials found 11 of the 12 Patriot balls to be underinflated.

Problem: Mortensen’s story that 11 of 12 balls were underinflated has proven to be false (CNN interview with Mike Pierra).

Problem: Mortensen’s story that D’Qwell Jackson, who was the Colts linebacker who intercepted Brady’s pass and allegedly said the ball was underinflated has also proven to be false as it has been categorically denied by Jackson himself. Jackson said there was nothing wrong with the ball and he turned it over to Indy personnel only to keep it as a souvenir. (See the ABC story on this)

Problem: as of right now there is still no proof that any football was under inflated,
intentional or otherwise.

I find that very interesting.
