The tenant didn’t clean the floor, so it got damaged. Doesn’t matter what his peeing position was. It’s irrelevant. It’s his responsibility to maintain the premises. He should pay for fixing the floor.

Agreed.

I just don’t understand how a marbled floor would be damaged by pee, unless there was quite a bit of it and it seeped into crevices. It almost seems that this fellow was deliberately peeing on the floor.

I find this interesting partly because I am at that age where peeing is becoming a bit more of an adventure.
