When you are a Leftist invalid arguments are as good as or better than valid ones if they inspire the correct feelings.

Leftist do not need strong logical arguments to win a debate because the truth is not important to them. Winning to the Left is inspiring the populace to agree with them long enough to achieve their goal.
Yes, but they don’t handle ridicule well. That’s their weak point, because they desperately need to be taken seriously.
When they start throwing out emotional arguments, deflections, and invective, that’s when it’s time to just try to make them look like a fool and laugh at them. Talk to them like you would to a petulant child. They usually can’t take it.
