Stuff from China has a lot of mistakes like this. They don’t know English so mistakes aren’t picked up on.

The best acupuncturist in our area, who is not Chinese, has a window and a wall covered with upside-down hanzi (Chinese writing). In the years that she has been in practice, I was the first to notice it, and none of her patients since have said anything to her AFAIK.
