Well of course they will.
They’ve got Roberts by the balls on SOMETHING, and he’s their bitch on 0bamacare. Instances like THIS is why it’s bad to have corrupt individuals in high places....

Well, when you have solid lefty justices, and a blackmailed Chief justice, you don’t need a back-up plan.

If it’s decided based on the Constitution, Obamacare will be eliminated. If it’s decided by blackmail, Obama and his thugs will win.

Win or lose, what difference at this point does it make?
The rule of law has been usurped by abject lawlessness.
Obama, man child of lawlessness. His SS code name Renegade was a big clue. Maybe that counts as his first official act of flipping America the bird. The fix was in.
Obama”care” is Pharaohcare for Hebrew slaves. Taskmasters = IRS

Well, they’ve done pretty “well” so far, so I see no reason they shouldn’t be optimistic. Besides, I’m sure the fix is already in.

Did you ever imagine our freedom and way of life would hinge on a single vote?
If I was a liberal in 2015, I’d be laughing and crapping on everyone too cause the court just might rule it legal. :)

No, they cannot. Because that would require ruthlessness and balls. Something Republicans only have during primaries and can only be used on other Republicans.

I have to wonder why are we even having this discussion? We all know the result.

SCROTUS will do whatever they have to do to NOT end up like 20 Navy SEALs aboard one downed helicopter (Extortion 17), Breitbart, Michael Hastings, Chris Kyle, or Joan Rivers.

Here's the problem IMHO....the 7 million people who signed up on the Fed site. I believe the stats now say that over 90% are subsidized.
So all these folks made a contract with Uncle Sam after Uncle Sam said come one and all. Can Uncle Sam renig?? Especially after one year has passed?
On the other hand....the 90% were all getting served somewhere....or not.
So only 10% have to search out a new contract with someone...and basically, they've already done that.
The problem that still remains is "mandatory" health insurance.

Instances like THIS is why its bad to have corrupt individuals in high places.... It is my theory that one cannot ascend to high places unless one is corrupt. The PsTB will not allow someone to have power unless they already have a means to control that person. Makes it much harder for a Reagan or Cruz to succeed.

I see a young John Roberts but am befuddled at the meaning.
I'm assuming those aren't fraternity brothers?

We’ve seen this movie before, the predicted outcome that becomes reality despite constitutional analyses to the contrary. We’ve been taken in a silent coup and the thugocracy has the long knives out behind the scenes to coerce the outcome.
