Someone explain to me with logic why we should not kill every single one of the radical Islamists?

Not me. Islam - ALL Islam - is EVIL and needs to be eradicated. Kill all their leaders and convert the rest to Christianity.

Not necessarily. There are Muslims that “get it”. Give them the time to clean up things.
